This week, we have a handful of goodies for you to check out on Xbox LIVE Arcade.

First, try your hand at Shred Nebula. This shooter takes you to outerspace where it's your job to take your one man ship into the depths of the unknown and try and follow a group who went missing while they explored before.

You can either follow the story in single-player, where you will fight against 20+ levels of enemies or you can take it online in  up to 8 man death match. You can even take a guest online to play utlilizing split-screen.

Shred Nebula is rated E for Everyone and will be 800 Microsoft Points.

If you're not up for some shooting, how about some good old ball throwing? Yes, you read correctly - Also coming on Wednesday is Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball.

In this version of the game, Pirates, Ninjas, Robots and Zombies take to the playing field to settle their scores with a rubber ball. You can either play through the story in single-player or sign on to LIVE and play some 8 player tournament matches.

Pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball can be yours for 800 MS points and is rated E 10+ by the ESRB.

Still not finding what you'd like to play? Then pick up some cards and show your friends what you've got with Gin Rummy. Carefully plan your sets and runs as the cards are dealt your way.

There are six versions of Rummy in the game including Classic Gin Rummy, Speed Gin Rummy, Oklahoma Gin, Hollywood Gin, Three-Hand Gin.

When you decide you want to take it online, sign on and compete in 4 player matches.

Gin Rummy will be available for 400 Microsoft Points worldwide and is rated E Everyone over the age of 3 by the ESRB.

Last but not least, Poker Smash will have some downloadable content available to you on Wednesday. For 100 MS Points, you can download a pack with 2 new environments. Each environment will have it's own song.
