They released it in UK and Germany and pretend like it landed on EU.

Too pricey for just a digital copy. Season passes would be much smarter for lengthy seasons

Also, how about asking your content providers to offer the first episode of the first season for free?

I haven't seen an episode of Lost, so I'm not going to potentially toss my money (even two dollars) on something I may not enjoy.

It can be hit or miss I realize, but I'm a little bit more inclined to buy Sarah Conner Chronicles episodes I miss because the first episode (which I missed on television) hooked me into the series.

It's past 12:01 AM 2/1 right? Me not too good with numbers being an editor, but I can't find last night's premiere up on Live at all. My wife missed it and she tends to beat me mercilessly if she can't watch her LOST. I'm going to stay at work late tonight in hopes that she gets all her punching out while in class today.

It's now 10am pst and still no season 4 premier...

Nice that you guys got lost, but never could quite understand why you guys don't do a season pass and offer a discount for people who pay for the full season in advance.  Also you guys don't offer the option to purchase older full seasons at a discount like ITUNES.  

Digital distribution is supposed to be cheaper, not more expensive.  In almost every case of purchasing a entire season on MP it cost more on MP than buying a DVD box set, downloading HD version cost more than buying a Blue-Ray/HD-DVD box set.

Thats pure greed right there.  You guys and the studio's save money from digital distribution and you charge us more.

Video MP might be profitable as is, but I can tell you right now it's not selling the way it should considering their are over 10 million people connected to live.   In fact I'd love to see the actual sales numbers from a 10 million install base.  Considering MS doesn't brag about actual sales numbers and only offers a list of top sellers (with no data behind it) I'm willing to bet the actual numbers are really bad considering you have 10 million potential customers.

I agree with the comments about multipass/season passes. The XBL Video Marketplace has The Daily Show for $2 an episode. Why would I get it there if I can get a multi-pass of 16 episodes for $10 on Itunes. If I could get the same the deal on my 360 I would buy it their instead.

The same thing applies to everything else on there. If I could buy lost season 1 for $35 or $50 in HD on the XBLV Marketplace I would.

I guarantee that sales would go up at least 1000% if the adequate changes were made. Not having multipass/season passes on the Marketplace are the reason why no one I know has purchased any video content on their 360.

Please pass this on to the appropriate people who are in charge of making these decisions.

I agree with what was said above.  There is no reason that a season pass type of price should not be offered.  Or even better a monthly download all you want price.

Every other digital distributer seems to have some type of discount with the more you buy, why now the xbox live marketplace.
