Gears of War for Windows Title Update

Gamers who signed in to Gears of War for Windows after 12:30 PST today likely noticed that a new title update is available for the game. The update addresses the Games for Windows – LIVE update issue (which I posted about some time ago) as well as fixes some various performance issues. So if you were curious – there you go. Have fun!

Many, many ppl cannot even get passed the spash screen of this piece of shit game. Has MS/Epic fixed that? how can we get an update when ALL WE SEE IS "wargame-g4wlive.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Please tell MS.....

Fug them and their error reporting BS....nothing results from reporting the error of course.

Absolute BS, I will never buy another MS game.

I have gotten past the splash screen and have finished the game since Day 1 of the PC release.

Your computer just sucks. Time to upgrade. I hope you now realize you cannot run Gears on your 486 Pentium II chip.

You're a freakin' idiot. Microsoft has nothing to do with Gears besides PUBLISHING the game. You have a problem with the game, send your complaints to Epic Games. They are the ones that developed the game.

You'll never buy "another" MS game, but yet you use Microsoft Windows to make your posts on this site and still use Microsoft Windows to play Gears of War on your PC.

Man, before I entered this thread I predicted EXACTLY what would be here. It didn't take long, I got it all in the first post!!

Grossly misspelled complaints? Check.
Someone resorting to a super-leet way of getting around the curse-blocker? Check.
Someone saying that they will never, EVER buy another MS product for as long as they live? Check.
The subsequent bashing of the moron who posts the message? Win.

I need my own show as I'm now a confirmed psychic. Move over Miss Cleo. Look, people, I completely understand that if you spend hard-earned money on a product that's broken you have a right to feel upset, even angered. But you have to realize that coming onto a message board or blog and posting your frustrations in language that is harder to decipher than the Rosetta Stone will get you NOWHERE.

This year christmas will have lot's of cool games available.. Crysis, God of War and... Universe at War!
In my opinion Universe at War is this year's best release! Have you seen the trailer?
