Can you guys do a show on why MS continues to mount the Heatsink to the motherboard with the X clamp that allows the motherboard to flex and pop the CPU/GPU chips causing 3 red lights?

Its sad that people have to use a tutorial to remove the POS Xclamps and fix it themselves. Google "360 X clamp replacement". Any reason why MS can't just do that in production? Do the Bean counters say it's cheaper to repair consoles than fix the actual problems? Or is MS just enjoying charging 140 dollars for a 5 dollar fix in which they only wipe the chips clean with alcohol and re-seat them, but leave the X-clamp in which caused the problem in the first place?

I'd Love to hear a show about that.

I just listened to the podcast today, I really do sound very English when mixed in with you guys although I'm convinced that when I get back home I'll think everyone else sounds too English as I'm getting used to life out here! No tornadoes yet, but keep your fingers crossed for me.

Thanks for putting on the event, definitely a highlight of my U.S. trip, great to meet you guys as well as all the guys from the community - I was amazed at how everyone just instantly got on like they'd known eachother for ages when most had only just met.
