We’re hearing from a small number of customers (less than 1%) that are having issues with the Fall Console Update.  I’ve been told that the team should have an updated version in the next 12-24 hours.  We’ll let you know when the issue is resolved. 

[Edit: At about 6:30 PM PST, I got word that they replaced the installation code that was causing the majority of the issues that were reported.  If you've already sucessfully installed the software, you shouldn't have any problems going forward.  If you have any problems with the update, please call your local support line (find it at www.xbox.com/support).]
