Talking about art I first set eyes on a Xbox 1 homebrew system last week. I was surprised just how good the media centre interface was. The fact you can have all your games, movies and music saved on your harddrive. This homebrew system had a 250 GB 7200 rpm harddrive.

Whilst I don't condone or agree with piracy I do think the interface was very impressive especially the fact you can have all your media on your harddrive. A huge benefit of being able to store your games to your harddrive is you dont need to use the 360 DVD player during gameplay. The 360 is loud(even the Samsung DVD player) whilst playing a 360 title eg Oblivion. So this feature has huge benefits.

My conclusion is thus, I do think these homebrew systems have alot of merits. Theyre very flexiable and user friendly plus give the user the ability to shape the experience they want from their 360 to a degree Microsoft currently don't permit.  I dont like the piracy element with them. Personally I'd like one for the reasons I've noted above. I'd save my brought games to HD. I stress brought games. Bottom line homebrew gives choice, performance and innovation.

Anyone got any thoughts on this creative art?

so did he get permission to use the xbox logo in his paintings or did he just say hey ill think ill do that and deal with the legal stuff later
